Abdelkader Boukholda is UOP – A Honeywell Company Business Development Manager covering North Africa. Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Algerian Institute of Petroleum – IAP.

Mr. Boukholda joined UOP in 2012, after more than 12 years spent in the oil and gas upstream in different roles in operations, Marketing, technical support and projects management mainly in North Africa Region.

Mr. Nativel started his career as Process Engineer with Fives-Cail Babcock, and then moved to Air Liquide as a Project Engineer.

He joined the Industrial Division of IFPEN in 1983 and was involved in process design before being in charge of the construction, commissioning, start-up and later on production of a biofuel demo plant. He served as Chief Advisor in IFP Technical Assistance Direction and had a key role in the start-up of industrial production process of paraxylene.

He joined Axens in 2001 as Deputy Manager of Technical Assistance Division and was appointed in 2002 as Managing Director of the “Performance Programs” Business Unit that provides consulting services and software tools for process optimization. He is responsible for selling and implementing worldwide, at strategic level of definition, major revamping and grass-roots projects in refining and petrochemical fields.

Mr. Nativel holds an engineering degree from the ENSIA (Agro Paris Tech) and from the IFFI (Institut Français du Froid Industriel).
